Shipping + Warehouse Update

As you all know, we have been experiencing shipping delays over the past few weeks. We know this has been a frustrating time for you and your customers and is a situation we have not taken lightly. We pride ourselves on how well our Artists take care of customers and realize that these delays have made it difficult for you to do so.

Thank you for your patience as we have worked through unforeseen situations during this warehouse transition. The main issue we’ve faced is waiting for inventory to arrive at our new warehouse facility. Please know that we have done everything possible on our end to stock the new warehouse with inventory so orders can be shipped and products restocked.

Now for the good news, we are happy to report that the transition is nearing an end! Shipments are arriving every day at the new facility and orders are sent out as soon as they are able to be fulfilled. Thank you for your continued patience while we finalize this transition! We are confident in our new warehouse’s capabilities and are looking forward to them running at full capacity.

In the meantime, we want to address some frequently asked questions our ASK customer service team has been receiving. Emails have been flowing into ASK and while they are working tirelessly to help concerned Artists and Customers, the high volume of emails they are receiving is resulting in delayed response times. Please note they are answering emails in the order they are received and as fast as they can. In order to expedite this process, we ask that you please refrain from emailing multiple times about the same concern. Thank you for your assistance as we do our very best to respond to every inquiry in a timely manner!

Where is my order if it says it has been printed in the back office?

If your order says it has been printed, it has been received by the new warehouse facility. It is likely that your order contains one or more items still in transition to the new facility. A shipment with these missing items will be delivered soon and your order will be sent out as soon as possible.

Why can’t you send my order without the missing item?

Unfortunately, the new warehouse is not able to split orders at this time. They are working on a solution for the future, but it is very likely that the missing items will arrive at the warehouse before then.

When will items be back in stock?

Once all the shipments from the old warehouse facility are delivered to the new warehouse facility, most of the inventory will be marked back in stock. Knowing these items are not currently at the new warehouse, we did not want to continue to take new orders that can’t be immediately shipped. Once they are marked back in stock, you can be confident orders containing those items will ship quickly!

There will be a few items that will be out of stock a little longer due to the current situation in China; we will keep you updated on those items as information becomes available.

When will the Pro Kit be back in stock?

  • The Pro Kit is a few weeks out from being restocked. We know some Artists were expecting the kit a couple weeks ago, but due to some logistical issues, the Pro Kit has been delayed.
  • However, the Basic Kit is still available! If you have potential Artists that want to sign up, we’ve listed a few options below you can give them.

    1. They can buy the Basic Kit and get started. Recommend to have them save that $200 until they have used the Basic Kit a little bit. Then they can decide what other products they’d like to purchase with the remaining $200. Or, you can make those recommendations for them on what you have found most useful.
    2. They can get signed up with the Basic Kit, save $200 and start accumulating party credit toward products to supplement their Artist Kit.
  • If potential Artists are set on purchasing the Pro Kit, they can always wait! Check back in with them from time to time to let them know you are looking forward to having them join your team!
