Return Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your Maskcara Beauty purchase, please return for a full refund if postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Maskcara Beauty monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to deny returns and exchanges. Return shipping and handling fees are paid by customer. All returns must include a return/shadeswap form and your original receipt. Please note that when sending a return, make certain to retain your tracking number. Returns that do not arrive at our warehouse cannot be processed without a valid tracking number.

Artist Kit Return Policy You May Return Your Artist Kit Within One Year Of Purchase For A Refund Of Up To 90% Of The Purchase Price. The Artist Kit Must Be Returned In Its Entirety; All Contents Of The Starter Kit Must Be Unopened And All Items Must Be Unused And In Resalable Condition In Order To Receive A Refund. You Are Advised To Insure The Package For $200, As Maskcara Beauty Is Not Responsible For Lost Shipments. The Original Shipping And Handling Fees Are Not Eligible For Refund.

Please Note That When Sending A Return, Make Certain To Retain Your Tracking Number. Return/Exchanges That Do No Arrive At Our Warehouse Cannot Be Processed Without A Valid Tracking Number.

Shade Swap Policy Need a different color? No problem! Just return the foundation color or shadow you’d like to swap within 60 days of your purchase and in the meantime, place a new order for the new shade desired. Once we receive your return with the return/shade swap form included, we will refund the item! This saves you the time waiting for us to process the shade swap!

*Please note: Hostess orders are non refundable and not available for shade swaps or refunds. We cannot return or shade swap partial items in a bundle. Bundles/collections must be returned as a whole set. Specialty closeout or discounted items can not be returned/shade swapped, all sales are final on these items.
